Embun Natural is hair and scalp care made here on the island: no sulfates, no parabens, cruelty-free and palm oil-free. We use it across both natural services, and it is the range we reach for on sensitive scalps, on anyone who reacts to conventional shampoo, and on guests who simply want their natural hair maintenance to stay natural while they travel.
The slow version of a scalp treatment, built for anyone who wants to enjoy the ritual rather than get in and out. It adds LED light therapy, scalp rollers, a nourishing serum and a hydrating mist to the natural cleanse. An hour, and the least clinical hour on the menu.
Everything the signature wash does, using the Embun range instead: brushed out first to reduce tangles and minimise breakage, washed in advanced filtered water, then blow-dried into something you could walk straight to dinner in. Gentle cleansing, nothing harsh, and the same finish.
Natural products are gentler and they suit a lot of people better, particularly sensitive or reactive scalps. What they are not is a substitute for a repair treatment on badly damaged hair, or for Olaplex where bonds are actually broken. If that is what your hair needs we will tell you, rather than sell you the gentler thing because it sounds nicer.

The products. Both services use Embun Natural, made in Bali: no sulfates, no parabens, cruelty-free and palm oil-free. The technique is the same care we give everyone, including the filtered water and the long massage.
It's part of the Day Dew Natural Treatment, used at the scalp alongside the rollers, serum and hydrating mist. It supports the conditions hair grows in. It isn't a medical treatment and we won't describe it as one.
Day Dew if you want the full slow hour with the scalp work. Day Natural Hair Wash & Styling if you want a normal wash and blow-dry, just with gentle products.
We stock the range in the salon. Ask your stylist which of it your hair actually needs, which is usually fewer things than you'd expect.
Often not on its own, and we'll say so. For breakage after bleach, Olaplex rebuilds the bonds; for dry, rough lengths, the Day Hair Repair Treatment goes deeper. Natural is the right answer for sensitivity and maintenance, not for structural damage.
